Karen Snyder of Concordia Consulting is a skilled facilitator, program developer and trainer. With extensive experience implementing organizational change, she is able to uncover and move past resistance in order to reach organizational goals. A health-care foundation, chartered by the state to improve the quality of care in nursing homes, recruited a group of outstanding representatives from across the health-care-delivery spectrum. Through group facilitation, Karen was able to help this dedicated group blend their varied concerns, approaches, and perspectives to work effectively toward their common goal.
